Altum
Altum is WA’s most creative and unique apartment development. Targeted to an ‘Over 55’ demographic, Lateral were tasked to create a full strategic campaign and creative execution to sell the 52 apartments over an 18-month period. The resulting media plan included social, digital, TV, radio and outdoor, as well as public events.
